Our Organic Hojicha is essentially a Japanese roasted Matcha. Like matcha, Hojicha is a form of green tea powder made from mature tea leaves that are roasted before being stone-ground into powder. A rich, roasted, almost nutty flavor profile with notes of cacao. One of the closest alternatives to coffee.

We’ve heard your requests and we’re excited to finally bring you a Ceremonial Matcha Latte! After months of researching and testing matcha of various qualities, we’ve carefully selected one we’re proud to bring to SLO. This matcha was freshly harvested from first and second harvest, shade-grown tea leaves in the Shizuoka and Kagoshima regions of Japan.

Our Sparkling Lavender Lemonade is a refreshing addition to our lineup. Starting with our own blend of organic lemon juice and steeped lavender flowers, we add a bubbly twist and finish it with butterfly pea tea. Pairs perfectly with lychee jelly.
