Our owner's favorite dessert to make during his multi-course dinner parties was Crème Brûlée. Our team hand-separates hundreds of egg yolks per batch to create our house-made custard creme. Real egg yolks, cream, and sugar are emulsified and tempered using a Bain-Marie to create our signature Crème Brûlée foam. We then dust the top with sugar and torch it for that satisfying crack. Dark Roast Hojicha Cream Top*
We’ve upgraded our Hojicha to a Dark Roast Hojicha, providing a richer, darker, almost nutty flavor profile with deep back notes of cocoa. Other Hojicha samples are traditionally milled to a 10-15 micron grain size, which can leave behind a silty texture when drinking. When our supplier was able to mill our Dark Roast Hojicha to a 5 micron grain size (finer than baby powder), we were sold. This was the smoothest Hojicha we’ve ever tried, and we hope you agree.

Ceremonial Uji Matcha
Our Organic Ceremonial Uji Matcha is made from a blend of first and second-harvest tencha leaves. After touring Matcha Cafes in Japan, we loved how customers could customize the strength of the drink proportionally by gram. We are excited to add that customization to our menu this year.
